Co-founder and Director

Originally born and bred in Melbourne, Carol moved to Cairns after falling in love with the relaxed FNQ lifestyle whilst on holiday. She came to the area to raise a family 15 years ago and is a proud resident of the beautiful Kewarra Beach.
 
With two extremely active and busy children and a husband who runs his own business in the Construction industry, Family is always number one priority for Carol, closely followed by Health and Business!
 
Carol is heavily involved in local community groups and has been a long-standing supporter of JGFA, Centrals Football Club and Centre Stage Dance Studios, Yorkey’s Knob, both personally and through business.
 
Carol has had a lengthy and successful career in Sales and Management in both Melbourne and Cairns. To add to this background, she has spent many years as a homeowner, landlord and renovator, fixing-up and selling several properties.
 
Her decision to enter Real Estate was driven by a desire to pave a different path in customer service.
After spending years in a large company environment, Carol was inspired to start her own business where she and partner Morganne Baldwin could always put their clients’ best interests first.
 
Carol believes that “embracing the world of technology and a paperless future with a vision of helping people grow and achieve their goals as a huge motivator.”
 
She is loving life as a business owner with an exciting future!
 
To relax, you will see Carol running around our beautiful beachside suburbs, often training for a marathon event with great friends and fellow locals.
